The residential complex is located behind the Ring Road in one of the most attractive parts of Sofia - at the outskirts of the capital, nestled in the foot of Vitosha mountain. The site is situated on a plot of 52 000m2, with a GDA of 87 000m2 and all its buildings have outstanding views towards the mountain. It was designed as an upscale representative neighborhood that includes commercial, office and residential parts, with adjacent public spaces and a park environment. The buildings are placed on the periphery of the plot with multiple approaches coming from all four sides. The hallmark of the complex is the large public park, situated in its center, creating a continuous connection with the natural surroundings.

There is an office building in the north-western part, several restaurants in the north-eastern part, apart hotels and 15 residential blocks. The commercial areas on the first floor facing the street and the adjacent "Ring Mall" are situated in the northern part.

The architecture combines functionality and a contemporary, elegant vision. Each building has a unique facade, blending different natural materials. All residential units are oriented to the south, with panoramic views of Vitosha. The common parts were designed to be maximally economical, covering approximately 7-8% of the total area. The allocations of residential, office and public spaces are optimized, resulting in maximum useful areas, at the expense of common parts. All residential buildings should have a height of 6 floors, where the first floor has public functions, and the last floor is an attic with terraces.

The entire perimeter of the site is served by the Ring Road. An alley network connects every point of the neighborhood and creates a harmonious environment with easy access. In the spaces between the blocks, thematic gardens are available to the residents. The large park in the core of the complex provides ideal conditions for relaxation and recreation and contributes to its unique aesthetic appeal.
