The building's architecture is inspired by the traditional Bulgarian houses of Nessebar and thus the cladding is of stone and wood. These materials are in harmony with nature and create perfect conditions for holidays. As a style the facades are contemporary and in this way are avoided the clichés in interpretation in the Bulgarian architectural tradition. In this sense the building is innovating and can serve as an example for the architecture on the Black Sea coast.
The building is ecologically friendly and its high standards of insulation are in harmony with the requirements of sustainable development.
