The pedestrian San Stefano Street is widened to form the new “San Stefano- 3d March” Square, which places the main entrance of the San Stefano Plaza Commercial Center in front of the Bulgarian National Television Headquarters.
The heart of the complex consists of a 17-meters high atrium space. Built above the Commercial Center and around a large inner garden, the apartments have a wonderful panoramic view of the Vitosha Mountain. Finally the small office building is designed in the original classical style of the famous “Brasserie- Proshekovo Piwo” which formerly existed in the neighborhood.
