The project is located in the most prestigious part of Sofia near the “Doktorski Pametnik” Square and “Orlov Most” crossroad. The pedestrian San Stefano Street is widened to form the new “San Stefano-3d march” Square, which places the main entrance of the San Stefano Plaza commercial center in front of the Bulgarian National Television headquarters.
The project includes a commercial part, apartments, offices and four levels underground parking.
The heart of the complex consists of a 17-meters high atrium space. Built above the commercial center and around a large inner garden, the apartments have a wonderful panoramic view of the Vitosha mountain. On the east part of the complex there is a small office building, designed in the original classical style of the famous “Brasserie-Proshekovo Pivo”, which used to exist on this spot. The completion is planned for late 2012.
