The project is located in the most prestigious part of Sofia near the “Doktorski Pametnik” Square and “Orlov Most” crossroad. The pedestrian San Stefano Street is widened to form the new “San Stefano- 3d March” Square, which places the main entrance of the San Stefano Plaza Commercial Center in front of the Bulgarian National Television Headquarters.
The heart of the complex consists of a 17-meters high atrium space. Built above the Commercial Center and around a large inner garden, the apartments have a wonderful panoramic view of the Vitosha Mountain. Finally the small office building is designed in the original classical style of the famous “Brasserie- Proshekovo Piwo” which formerly existed in the neighborhood.
