The neo-classical stone façade on the
Boulevard Saint-Germain was a requirement of the ‘Architects
Buildings of France’ Commission which greatly contrasts with
the modern facade on the other end of the long parcel on the ‘Rue
des Chantiers’. Some of the apartments have a doubled height
in the living room and according to the client - who is the largest
developer in France - they range among the best he has ever built.
