Project Presentation:
With a total surface area of 122 250m², the
site is characterized by its unique location between the beautiful
Black Sea coastline and Strandzha Mountain's picturesque panorama.
The project is entirely developed to create a very high-standard
holiday resort that adapts to its natural surroundings and enhances
them for its users' comfort. To this effect, the great majority
of apartments will be overlooking the sea.
The urban composition consists of the southern half, which is divided
into many smaller parcels, and the northern half, which is a more
unified single parcel. Like a tree's branches spreading out towards
the sea, construction is denser at the back and sparser at the front
with lower terrace apartments.
The road leading to the complex will be reconstructed by the Client
as part of the project to reach one main and two secondary entrances.
The infrastructure within the complex itself is designed to allow
unobstructed pedestrian access to the beach and connect the central
plaza to the beach that is also lined by a long pedestrian alley
with shops, cafes, and many other attractions.
In order to ensure the merging with nature, special attention will
be paid to the development of green areas as well as the use of
natural material such as wood and stone.
Urban parameters permit the construction of 240 000m² aboveground
GDA but the project doesn't use them all in order to ensure the
luxury and view to the sea for all.
Total aboveground GDA: 212 000m² - 2 500 apartments
Total underground GDA: 53 000m² - 1 800 parking spaces + 550
aboveground parking spaces.
