The project conforms itself to office buildings’ most modern trend which binds economical functionalities and high comfort work norms. The contest’ program has been strictly applied. The constructive system insures a total flexibility.
The whole interior volume is an atrium space with natural roof lighting and plantations along the corridors, which creates a very nice working atmosphere. The architectural image unifies both existing and new building into one. Moreover, both volumes are in contrast: a smooth rectangular building is placed near a dynamic new one. The shape is rising up and forward in order to represent the confidence and dynamism of one of the most important company in Bulgaria.
