Arranged in the shape of
an amphitheater, the four apartment blocks are designed to have
their large terraces face toward the park. The vegetation of the
park that penetrates between the residential areas forms three small
thematic gardens. The office building shields the entire complex
from the noise pollution of the nearby highway.
