Project Presentation:
The building is designed in three volumes which are ruled by urban settings: a one level volume that is supported by a second one, narrower by four levels. The building consists of a coated wooden elliptical volume, and a rectangular second one, heavier, made of stone. The oval shape dominates the building as an architectural element. A beam contrasts with this tower and completes the set.
